“The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 came to a close. The final battle was against the sponsor of the tournament, Jinpachi Mishima, from which Jin Kazama came away the victor.

Becoming the president of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin immediately began various programs within the company and converted the Tekkenshu into a spy project. People began to suspect a darkness in Jin, leading to increased tension, infighting and finally a full-scale war. The whole world was drawn in, and when the nations began losing power, the Zaibatsu, able to gain a profit from the potential of war, announced its independence and declared war on the entire world.

Initially the Mishima Zaibatsu was a formidable enemy, but then G Corporation rose to the position of the main opposition to the Zaibatsu. The world saw the rival company as the savior, and endorsed them completely in their drive to suppress the Zaibatsu. Eventually, G-Corporation announced that the president of the Mishima Zaibatsu was the root cause of the war and promises an immense amount of money to anyone who can capture Jin Kazama alive.

But almost as if anticipating this move, the Mishima Zaibatsu announced the opening of the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6. People may enter to gain fame, money and (unintelligible). In the midst of this chaos, the curtains rise on the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.”

According to a report by the Mainichi Daily News, Bandai Namco Games Inc. announced that their upcoming arcade fighting game Tekken 6 will run on the Cell processor, the famed microchip jointly developed for the PS3 by Sony, Toshiba, and IBM.
Although the chip had been highly touted by its creators from its onset as a processing engine that could be applied to a wide variety of household devices, this announcement marks the first time that the Cell is being used for a commercial device other than the PS3.
Bandai Namco spokeswoman Miki Baba told Mainichi that, although it's been confirmed that Tekken 6 will utilize the Cell, they still have not made a definite decision regarding their future arcade hardware. Namco has used arcade technology based on PS2 architecture in the past, but the company is still uncertain as to whether they should base future arcade hardware on Cell-based technology.
Tekken 6 will debut in Japanese arcades later this year, but an exact launch date has yet to be announced.

New tidbits from the latest issue of Arcadia Magazine indicate a massive overhaul for many of the older characters in Tekken 6. Among the main highlights of the article were:

* Animations have been changed for every character!
* All characters have an “item move”, like the Bryan shotgun we saw at the AOU trailer. Although not all of them will have the same effectiveness.
* An example of an “item move” will be Anna throwing her high heels at her opponents.
* Harada officially stated that Leo IS a girl.
* So far Yoshimitsu has gone under the most drastic change. Harada notes that it will be much more difficult to use Yoshimitsu this time around and they consider him an “Expert” character. Part of his story includes the fact that his sword is now losing power and he must take a new fighting style, Kenjutsu from the Manji clan, this includes both dual sword fighting and pure fist fighting!
* A lot of Lei Wulong’s laying down stances have been changed. They look more like Lei Fei and Shun Di’s laying down stance from Virtua Fighter 5. They also changed the properties where Lei can be counter-hit and juggled out of his laying down stances.
* Many changes were done to Marshall Law. It is noted that fans of Bruce Lee and those that know of Jeet Kune Do will be very pleased.

Видимо игроки за Браяна теперь заменят фразу "Дебагер надёжен" на "Шотган надёжен".
И предвижу стори мод за Лео под названием "Тяжёлые будни плоскодонки". Ради большой груди женщина может пойти на всё... А уж всем известно, что могут творить в лаборатироиях Зайбатсу... 0_0

Такс... Походу Перфекти надо срочно брать ньюзмакером на АСОФ %)))) ЛОЛ %)))

В любом случае, переделки очень хочется увидеть. Посмотреть что сделали с Ло %))) Думаю его оружие которым он сможет лупить будут конечно же Нунчаку %)))

Очень ещё интересен момент бросания чего либо в опонента %))) Как это будет реализовано и насколько это будет эффективный удар в бою... Проджектайлы это круто!

на зайбатсу уже обсудили, что анна будет бросать туфли в оппонента, после чего ее кик демедж будет падать, тк она будет драться босиком)

как и обсудили очевидное возвращение кунимицу. не зря же йоши на корню поменяли стиль)
кстати есть мысль что вернется и форест) тк меняют маршала) ждем новой инфы)

Зацените этот адовый скрин )))))))) ДевилКазуя??!! Босконович??!! Портативный Джек??!! Огр из 3-го теккена??!!
На самом деле это просто неплохой монтаж в фотошопе, т.к. на экране выбора персонажей отсутствуют Лео и Зафина, потом сделан он в виде режима Tag Tournament, но стоит признать, получилось весьма неплохо =)))))))))))
