On December 3rd & 4th 2011 the GODS of Street Fighter will land in Lyon for the ESB.
There, they will battle to decide who is the best at:
SUPER STREET FIGHTER 2X: GRAND MASTER CHALLENGE
STREET FIGHTER III: 3RD STRIKE
SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV: ARCADE EDITION
And don’t forget this competition is about being the best at ALL 3 GAMES!!!
ESB is a major sized team 2on2 arcade tournament taking place in Lyon at the Japan Touch japanimation convention, the largest Geek Culture event of the region, hosted at the Double Mixte. This 5000m² venue shelters all the important events of France’s second largest city (2h away from Paris), and 800m² of it are solely dedicated to the ESB area.
This area will contain 25 arcade cabinets with the three main games in competition. 25 machines available to competitors during the two days of the event for freeplay/casuals.

Triple Tie Tournament -- T3
- Separated Tournaments: tournaments never overlap each other
- Possibility to change team members from one tournament to the next
- Each player will cumulate his/her own points
- The best 2 players of all 3 tournaments will gain a bonus Max* 500€ + cool goodies
- Unique Trophies never before seen at a tournament (just remember the God of FIGHT ones and think bigger & better…)
Tournament Unfolding
All tournaments are played in 2V2 survival style:
Pools are played in Battle Royale style, only the 1st goes on to the final bracket
Then as in any double elimination bracket, you get two lives and the finalists of both the Winners’ & Losers’ Finals will meet for the Grand Finale for a fight to the finish
