- Standing 2 now does 1% chip damage.

- 2,2 second hit now does 1% chip damage.

- The second hit of 2,2 string now has a bigger hitbox to prevent it whiffing on certain characters like Mileena crouch blocking.

- Reaction to B+1 and second hit of F+2 has been changed to prevent follow ups whiffing of these strings on hit.

- B+1,1 is now a safe jump on hit (+42) instead of +4.

- The second hit of 1,2 string now has a bigger hitbox to help it not whiff when 1 hits from range.

- Reaction to 1 has been changed to further reduce whiffing with 1,2 from any range on hit.

- The last hit of 1,2,1 string now launches the opponent into the air similar to Baraka's D+2 hit reaction.

- 2,1,2 now has same hit reaction as the last hit of 2,2,1+2.

- Regular Blade Charge (D,F+2) now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2%.

- EX Blade Charge (D,F+2) now does 8% on hit just like the regular version instead of 13%.

- EX Chop Chop (B,B+1) now does 23% damage in total on hit instead of 17%.

- EX Blade Spark (D,B+2) now has the same hit reaction as U+4 on both grounded and airborne opponents.

- EX Blade Spark hitbox (D,B+2) has been increased to prevent whiffing on the EX version from characters like Mileena.

( Cyber Sub-Zero )

- Standing 2 now does 3% damage on hit instead of 5%.

- F+4 is now +5 on block instead of -19.

- F+4 now has a bigger hitbox to prevent it whiffing on some characters crouch blocking like Mileena.

- Standing 4 is now 15 frames of start up instead of 23.

- D+2 is 10 frames of start up instead of 13.

- The damage in the last hit of the string B+3,2,1 (16%) has been increased so the string in total does 21% damage on hit.

- The last hit of B+3,2,1 now has the same hit reaction as the last hit from 3,4.

- The last hits of F+1,4 now have a bigger hitbox and no longer whiff on crouch blocking characters like Mileena.

- The last hits of F+1,4 now hit Overhead instead of Mid.

- U+3 are now both Mids instead of Highs.

- U+3 now does 2% chip damage in total (1% for both hits) instead of 3.5%.

- EX Upward Boomerang (D,B+1) returning projectile now hits Overhead instead of Mid.

- EX Upward Boomerang reaction changed to last hit of F+2,1.

- EX glow now takes double damage when active.

- EX Staff Grab (D,F+2) now does 16% total damage on hit instead of 14%.

- X-Ray is now a true mid and has a bigger hitbox so that it does not whiff on any character crouch blocking like Mileena.

- Backdash is now faster.

( Jax )

- 2,2 last hit now has the same hit reaction as last hit of B+1,2,4 string.

- F+2,2,B+1 now recovers fast enough on hit to allow for a full juggle.

- F+2,2,B+1 last hit now does 5% damage on hit instead of 9%.

- F+2,2 last hit now plants an AIRBORNE only opponent into the ground similar to D,U+4 Overhead Bash.

- F+4 now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2%.

- Second hit of F+4,1 string now has a bigger hitbox to prevent it from whiffing on some characters like Mileena crouch blocking UP CLOSE.

- Second hit of F+4,1 is now -10 on block only instead of -5.

- Second hit of F+4,1 string now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2%.

- F+4,1,3 last hit is now -8 on block instead of neutral.

- F+4,1,4 last hit is now -4 on block instead of -5.

- EX Elbow Drop (D,U+4) first hit now does 5% instead of 7%.

- F+3 is now -4 on block.

- F+3,3,B+3 is now -4 on block.

- Second hit of F+2 normal now has a bigger hitbox so it does not whiff on characters like Mileena crouch blocking. (this is a 2 hitting normal)

- Second hit of F+2 reaction is now the same as a jump kick.

- Standing 4 hit reaction is now changed to last hit of 1,3.

- All held versions and hits of B+2 now hit Overhead instead of Mid.

- Last hit of B+2 now does 20% damage on hit instead of 11%.

- The last hit of 1,3,2 string is now +1 on block instead of neutral.

- Nut Punch (B,D+1) no longer grants a safe jump on hit and is now +19.

- EX Nut Punch (B,D+1) now does 10% damage on hit instead of 14%.

- Double Low EX Forceball (D,F+2) is now +1 on block.

- Regular Flip Kick (D,B+3) is now -20 on block instead of -14.

( Kabal )

- Standing 1 is now 10 frames of start up instead of 13.

- 1,1 is now +1 on hit instead of +8.

- Standing 2 is now 10 frames of start up instead of 9.

- Standing 2 now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2% chip.

- F+4 no longer restands an airborne opponent.

- F+4 now leaves the opponent being juggled in the air closer to Kabal similar to EX Air Fire Ball second hit only.

- The last hit of 1,1,1 string now restands an airborne opponent.

- The second hit of 1,1 now leaves the opponent being juggled in the air closer to Kabal similar to Air Fire Ball on hit.

- B+1 now has a bigger hitbox so it doesn't whiff on some characters ducking or crouch blocking.

- B+1 now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2% chip.

- B+1,2,1 last hit is now -5 on block instead of neutral.

- B+1,2,1 last hit now does 5% damage on hit instead of 7%.

- All versions of EX Gas Blast now do 16% damage on hit instead of 13%.

- All versions of EX Gas Blast now have the same hit reaction as the last hit of 1,1,B+4,3 string vs GROUNDED opponents only.

- Ground version of EX Gas Blast now has hitbox increased so it does not whiff on some crouching characters occasionally like Mileena.

- Ground version of EX Blast has reactions changed on an airborne opponent to be the same as 1,1,B+4,3 last hit.

- Saw Blade (B,B+3) now does 7% damage on hit instead of 8%.

- Overhead Hookswords (D,B+2) (both versions) now hit Mid instead of Overhead.

- EX Nomad Dash no longer has any armor.

( Kano )

- Last hit of B+1,1,2 is now faster to remove the gap inside the string.

- B+1 is now 14 frames of startup instead of 12.

- B+1,2 now grants a safe jump on hit. (Reaction changed to compliment this change)

- F+3,B+2 is now -6 on block instead of -4.

- F+3,3 is now neutral on block instead of -20.

- Standing 3 is now 12 frames of start up instead of 18.

- Second hit of 3,3 string now has a bigger hitbox to prevent it from whiffing on some characters like Mileena crouch blocking.

- X-Ray now does 35% damage on hit instead of 41%.

- X-Ray hitbox increased to prevent whiffing on certain characters crouch blocking or low profiling.

( Kenshi )

- Regular Telecharge (B,F+2) is now a Special High, and can be ducked when crouching and not blocking.

- EX Telecharge (B,F+2) second hit now has the same hit reaction as the last hit of 1,1,2 string.

- EX Telecharge (B,F+2) is now neutral on block instead of +8.

- EX Rising Karma (D,B+1) is now -50 on block instead of neutral.

- EX Teleflurry (B,F+3) hitbox on third hit increased so it does not whiff on some characters like Mileena crouch blocking sometimes.

- B+2 is no longer an overhead and is now a mid.

- U+4 Overhead now launches the opponent on hit, similar to a neutral jump punch.

- The last hit of F+2,2,B+1 launcher is now -10 on block instead of -4.

- 2,1,B+2 hitbox on last hit slightly increased so it does not whiff on some characters crouch blocking like Mileena sometimes during range.

- F+4 is now +5 on block instead of -11.

- F+4 now does 12% on hit instead of 11%.

- Standing 4 is now 10 frames of start up instead of 18 frames.

- 1,1,2 is now +1 on block instead of -13.

- Standing 2 now does 4% damage on hit instead of 5%.

- The second hit of grounded Fan Toss (D,F+1) now does 3% on hit instead of 4%.

- The first hit of EX Fan Toss (D,F+1) now does 6% damage on hit instead of 7%.

- Backdash is now faster.

( Kratos (PS3 Exclusive) )

D1 is now plus on hit.

D3 is a bit faster, with slighly less recovery on whiff and block and now plus on hit.

F2 is a bit faster.

212 is a bit faster to slightly close the gap on the string.

B12 is faster.

F14's recovery frames on hit were reduced: This was done to prevent Kratos from being punished easily.

( Kung Lao )

- Standing 2 now does 3% damage on hit instead of 5%.

- Standing 4 is now 16 frames of start up instead of 22.

- F+4 is now +5 on block instead of neutral.

- B+4 is now 17 frames of start up instead of 19.

- F+2 now launches any airborne opponent on hit similar to NJP.

- 2,4,1+3 now does 10% damage on hit.

- 2,4,1+3*4 now does 14% damage on hit.

- 2,4,1+3*2 now does 18% damage on hit.

- Teleport 3 is now a Special High and can be ducked without blocking.

- Teleport 3 now does 5% damage on hit instead of 9%.

- Teleport 2's hitbox has been increased to prevent low profiling from any character.

- Armor duration on EX Teleport has been cut by half to remove the exploit of extra armor by delaying EX Teleport's 1 attack / throw.

- D,B+2 (Low Hat) now has the same hit reaction as F+3 vs AIRBORNE opponents only.

- Dive Kick now does 1% chip damage on block instead of 2%.

( Liu Kang )

- Dragon Stance 1 now does 9% damage on hit instead of 7%.

- Dragon Stance 2 is now -2 on block instead of -20.

- Dragon Stance 3 now does 18% on hit instead of 14%.

- Dragon Stance 3 is now 20 frames of start up instead of 25.

- Dragon Stance 4 is now -6 on block instead of neutral.

Пока что на первый взгляд имбала скарлет, ей почти ничего не порезали, только чипдамаг. Так же есть баг с нубсайботом.
В текущей версии, что примечательно, сайблакс находится выше сайракса, и сайракс теперь не нужен (дамаг тот же, но есть плюсы в виде тп, хартбоксов на сетке)

Патч то разработчиками не одобрен.
Небось улучшили своих мейнов в этом патче, а норм пацанов типо Кенши почикали. Не одобряю. Играйте в оригиналы пацаны.

Bayun , я на нем комбо делал на 47% в МК9. Нормальный пацан. Не кабал конечно.

Модифицированные файлы игры, отсутствуют dll различного рода. Так что мод, без изменения механизмов работы exe файла. Кстати, а валидатор файлов стима на него жалуется или нет?

нету доступа. правят через какой-то моддер к мк9 и какие-то тулзы. какие точно не говорят, хз, может конспирация.

Вообще, если хотите узнать, как эта кухня устроена, то лучше, наверное, спросить на ТУМе у товарища, который этим всем занимается. Он там, вроде, отвечает периодически. Ну или в их дискорде, как вариант. Просто технические нюансы, конечно, они в анонсах не освещают.

Я когда ставил рескин на мкх он автоматически правил файлы, поэтому и возник вопрос.
