It's "Help me, Prof. Kokonoe"

The first part is disclaimer from Kokonoe, this section is to help player getting into True End, so if you are the type that likes to play without any hint, or if you are the type not interested in story from fighting game, or if you already have walkthrough, you can just skip this.

Noel poem is basically a horrendous poem (like all of her poems in Bururaji) about her wishing for a prince on white horse to help her. Kokonoe said that such person doesn't exist, to Noel's surprise.

Noel was too busy thinking about poems that she wandered into Kokonoe's lab. Kokonoe said that Noel was a heroine, so she should be careful not to die. Unfortunately, Noel was rather slow, it's a miracle that she managed to survive this far. Kokonoe's advice was for Noel to listen to a certain cat with eyepatch (whenever she mentioned Jubei, Kokonoe ended her sentences with "I hate him"). Noel spaced out during Kokonoe's advice and the only thing she understood was that Kokonoe hated Jubei.

Kokonoe was like well, whatever, just listen to others and choose the right path. Noel has good drive moves, so just spam them. If you cannot win, just adjust the difficulty and you can start with full heat.

In the end, Noel said that she loves Kokonoe. Kokonoe said sorry, I don't swing that way. Noel was talking about the chest size. She felt at home with fellow flat chest. Kokonoe got angry and head butted Noel away. At last, Kokonoe said that, she couldn't believe that sb like Noel could be a heroine, games these days, tsk tsk.

At one point, Hakumen actually does just about the most badass thing ever to confirm the effects of the Continuum Shift. He slices through time itself, and watches one of his own alternate endings.

Fun note. Tsubaki is a huge Six Heroes fangirl. Owns "all of the books and movies" about them, and Hakumen is her hero. Hakumen is surprised by that and never knew she had such a side to her. It's sweet.
