Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- - новая игра из серии Guilty Gear, разрабатываемая командой Team Red (студия Arc System Works) под руководством Daisuke Ishiwatari. При разработке игры используется Unreal Engine 3.
На данный момент официально анонсирован выход игры на аркадах (Ringedge 2), на PS4 и на PS3. Вышла на аркадах 20 февраля 2014. Выход на консолях намечен на 2014 год: Японский релиз 4-го, американский - 16 декабря.
На данный момент анонсированы следующие персонажи:
Четвертый location test - 3-9 февраля 2014 года в 3 (?) локациях.
Третий location test - 6-9 декабря 2013 года в 8 локациях в 6 регионах Японии. Обещаны тринадцать персонажей.
Второй location test - 2-4 ноября 2013 года в 4 локациях в 4 городах Японии. Обещаны девять анонсированных персонажей + еще один пока не анонсированный.
Английский перевод интервью Ишиватари по поводу второго локтеста:

На дастлупе по Потемкину инфы очень мало, как и наверное по всем персам, по которым еще нет гайдов. Так что думаю гайды будут после выхода игры)

Тема по чару обычно делается игроком за чара, альтруистом и молодцом (и обычно ленивой жопой, что не апдейтит тему потом годами). За Потю особо нет таких незанятых альтруистов - нет и темы.

Бас тур — очень полезный мув.
Все остальные мувы — тоже неплохие.
Стиль игры:
Крутишь бас туры. Много. Когда не крутишь — пытаешься встать так, чтобы было удобно крутить. Можно бить лицом в пол.
Матчапы:
Когда пуляют, делай ФДБ. Когда не пуляют — не делай.

Elphelt fights with two distinctive guns. She can suppress opponents with a powerful shotgun for up-close melee, or act as a precision sniper from a distance, and she can cancel in to either to suit the situation.
Rilfe Mode:
By entering a specific command she enters rifle stance, you aim with the directions after taking a stance and shoot by pressing the attack button. She can’t move during this stance, but can aim far ahead of her and can snipe from anywhere to provide big pressure on opponents with a long distance technique.
Shotgun Mode:
By entering a specific command she enters shotgun stance. Taking this stance, she is given several moves ideal for close-combat. It’s possible to enhance the firepower at close proximity, including a fast rolling move and a blow-back technique.
Reload Action:
Her reload animation allows her switch guns immediately after shooting, which lets her fire without any gaps.
"Damage" and "Stances":
If you fire immediately after you enter a stance, your attack power will be low. The rifle’s range will be short and the shotgun’s shot will be shallow. However, if you wait a moment after each stance, the aiming and stances will change and cause more damage and knockdown on hit.
Pachi’s comments as overseeing Battle Director:
Elphelt is a character that has firm strengths in a short-range gun battle, comparing the two. You can manipulate the targeting sight, or take Action Reload, and enjoy the feeling of cancelling these unique moves. It’s meant to be based on playing an FPS (first-person shooter) character! The technique is easy to use because her fighting style also has standard abilities as well. She moves comically and very cute, so it’s worth paying attention to her hidden high potential.
