Fighting.ru project is proud to announce Moscow Fighting Arena 2016. It will take place on June 11,11,13 at M.C.M.C (Moscow Cultural Multifunctional Center), Yaroslavskoye sh.,124.
It will feature three main disciplines and a list of side-events. Main disciplines this year are: Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat X and Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator with Top-8 on big stage on the last day.

Street Fighter V at Capcom Pro Tour The CAPCOM PRO TOUR (CPT) is the premier league destination for competitive fighting games. Featuring the latest flagship title of the legendary Street Fighter series, the CPT brings together players and spectators from all over the world to share their love of gaming. With over a dozen official events, and even more independently run tournaments involved, the CPT showcases the very best that competitive gaming has to offer. Players from across the globe will battle through a yearlong tournament circuit in order to claim one of the 32 qualification spots for the year end Capcom Cup. This year MFA is selected as one of CPT Ranking Events. Ranking Events are events where players can earn points that contribute towards their overall ranking. These events grant tier 2 ranking points to the top 16 players. Winners of Ranking Events automatically qualify for their Regional Finals event. Road to MFA
Road to MFA is a series of invitational offline and online events all over Russia and CIS. They are held through out the year and aim to determine the best player in their region. Winner of such event skips pools and starts his tournament in play-off.

Rules
Main events (SFV 1v1, MKXL 1v1, GGXrd 1v1) are group stage into Full Double Elimination, all games are best of 3. Groups are of 5-6 players Round Robin, top-2 advances to FDE. In case of a tie we check the result of the match between tied players, after that win-loss battle ratio. If that does not break the tie, we play a tiebreaker match bo1. There is regional seeding for FDE stage (via Road to MFA events run all over Russia and neighbouring countries). Players who won a regional qualifier advance to FDE directly skipping group stage entirely.
All other 1v1 Main Game tournaments are Full Double Elimination, bo3. All featured top-8 will be held on 3rd day on main stage will have bo2 as well. Grand Finals are bo3.
MFA 2016 organizators reserve the right to amend the rules.
